I plan to participate in the RC Educational Assistance Program. Will the full amount ($300/year) be given to the student ? Will there be someone to supervise or assist the student in managing the money?

Sr. Isabel just visited our church (Saint Thomas More in Salt Lake City) and our family decided to sponsor Jacqueline G. Tipace. I brought the sheet with her personal data home but I am having a hard time figuring our how to make my donation go to help her specifically.
