MQHM operates across a significant portion of Luzon, reaching eleven provinces with the support of numerous local Mission Partners and volunteers. Across Luzon, children face various geographic, economic, cultural, and environmental obstacles to education and well-being. These challenges include impoverished indigenous communities, long distances to schools, vulnerability to disasters, and limited resources.
In cities like Angeles, Pasig, Pampanga, and Floridablanca, hundreds of bars line the streets. Many penurious girls from the surrounding rural areas are lured into brothels, often too young to fully understand their fate, as recruiters promise them "good jobs in the city." In 2024, Sr. Angela, Sr. Heart, Sr. Angelica, accompanied by Mission Partners Emily Garcia, Girlie Fernandez, and Dennis Sason, and 18 very active local Mission Partners as well. canvassed eleven provinces day in and day out, bringing rescue, hope, and education.
Rescuing efforts in Angeles City are hampered by handlers who won’t let us talk too long with the girls
In 2024, the MQHM operation team concentrated on recruiting new Mission Volunteer Partners, resulting in successful expansion efforts. Driven by dedication and goodwill, the team followed up on referrals from NGOs and reached out to the barangays, identifying hundreds of children in need of education assistance. Through the Regina Coeli Program, thousands of beneficiaries were enrolled on the islands of Luzon.
This past year, a new awareness campaign titled "Breaking the Chains: Empowering Youth Against Abuse and Human Trafficking" was developed. The program was well-received among middle and high school students across the provinces. Additionally, a new recruitment campaign for Mary Queen of Heaven Apostolate careers was launched.
Our outreach programs are another vital way we connect with communities, focusing on families to bring the light of Jesus Christ and the importance of education to those in desperate need. In 2024, priests, school principals, local officials, and newly identified sponsors all contributed to our success, and this support continues into 2025.

Sisters walking the streets and reaching out to the many girls is desperate situations
A young girl listens in Floridablanca, but we are hurried away by a handler . . .
None of these efforts would be possible without our donor Mission Partners from around the world, particularly those in the United States. We are grateful to God for each and every one of them.
